Over a Century in Charlotte
Ryan Kinney comes from a long lineage of local real estate experts and entrepreneurs, beginning with his great-grandfather, Lee Kinney. Lee began his real estate career in 1918 and later was one of the early Presidents of the North Carolina Board of Realtors in 1936-1937. In addition, both Ryan’s grandfather and father owned real estate businesses, serving Charlotte and the surrounding areas for over 100 years.

Growing Up In The Business
From a very early age, Ryan was drawn to and actively involved in his family's fourth generation, real estate business. He was turning a wrench as soon as he could pick one up to support his father’s residential and commercial portfolio. Later, Ryan bolstered his hands-on experience with a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Real Estate and Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.

Today, as a licensed commercial real estate broker in North and South Carolina and member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), Ryan is committed to providing unparalleled service and tailored, local expertise to his clients. He takes deep pride in creating lasting partnerships and working persistently to enhance the value he adds to each and every project. Service, honesty, and hard work are the pillars of his approach.
At New Branch Real Estate Advisors, Ryan focuses on assisting clients with the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial real estate. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, sailing, fly fishing, woodworking, and international travel.
